Woodapple created a brand identity and the website for Chevening Advisors that positions the company as a trusted financial partner for corporate, promoters, entrepreneurs & families. As part of the project, our team developed a brand strategy and messaging that captures the spirit of passion and emotional connection at the heart of the brand and its new way of looking at corporate finance and investments.

Chevening Advisors is a full-service corporate finance & multi-family office and wealth platform offering a one-stop destination for corporates, private equity funds, promoters, and their families.

Woodapple has created a brand identity and the website for Chevening Advisors that positions the company as a trusted financial partner for corporate, promoters, entrepreneurs & families. As part of the project, our team developed a brand strategy and messaging that captures the spirit of passion and emotional connection at the heart of the brand and its new way of looking at corporate finance and investments.

The team collaborated closely with the Founder, Ramji Govindarajan, who has over two decades of experience in leading several successful investments globally and in India.

Chevening Advisors is positioning itself as one of the first India-based firms that act as extended, outsourced, plug and play internal corporate finance/corporate development teams for their clients. They help their clients gain control and direct the course of their business & wealth for generations to come. They wanted to signal this with an unconventional brand identity.

Our designers developed an abstract look with a cultural-inspired flair that helps Chevening Advisors stand out from other financial advisors. The logo is semi-bold, simple and memorable. The typography of the brand shows the brand’s exclusivity, sincerity, and trustworthiness for the affluent.

The brand color is gold with a red background and is markedly different from the greens and blues and greens typically associated with finance and banking. The primary color palette conveys the sense of power, elegance, and sense of accomplishment.

The logo that we created has an abstract Shree (श्री), gold leaves, and wings that represent wealth, affluence, richness, and prosperity.

The next phase involved developing well-thought web page designs and extending the identity. The elegant look of the identity carries through brand expressions such as promotional materials and the digital design of the Chevening Advisors website. These digital applications have a thoughtful, intuitive interface that allows users to easily explore the website and understand the purpose of the brand. In addition, we created a system of custom icons based on the Chevening Advisors symbol for a cohesive experience of the brand.
